The intent is to identify a scholar in organizational behavior, especially those with an interest in conscious capitalism, ethical leadership, ethics and morality in organizations, or positive organizational scholarship.
Ideal candidates will have an exceptional research record and extensive teaching experience in topics related to conscious capitalism, ethical leadership, organizational behavior, or related areas, including at the graduate level, and other/service qualifications commensurate with tenure at the Associate Professor level or above at the University of Oklahoma.
