“The University of Pittsburgh’s (Pittsburgh, PA) Joseph M. Katz Graduate School of Business and College of Business Administration (Pitt Business) is seeking a postdoctoral associate based in Pittsburgh to work on original research with Professors David Lebel and Carrie Leana on topics of economic insecurity, leadership, ethics, and related topics in Organizational Behavior.

DESCRIPTION: The fellowship is funded by the David Berg Center for Ethics and Leadership and the Center for Healthcare Management. The expected start date for the position is August 2024 and will continue for 1 to 2 years.

The candidate will have opportunities to collaborate on research projects with faculty and doctoral students in the Organizations & Entrepreneurship area while continuing to develop their own research.

Emphasis will be on the ability of the post-doc to manage, collect, and analyze data and create publication-ready manuscripts for key academic outlets. The post-doc will also have the opportunity to engage with the Centers and assist with related activities. Support is available to attend at least one national research or professional conference annually.”
