“Dr. Enrica Ruggs is seeking a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the University of Houston to collaborate on research examining strategies to increase psychological safety at work, particularly for racial minority women. This study is part of an NSF-funded project that is being conducted in collaboration with P.I.s from the University of Memphis (Drs. Kristen Jones, Alex Lindsay, Jessica Kirk) and University of San Diego (Dr. Devalina Nag). The position will support a combination of collaborative research with the NSF project team, as well as the candidate’s own research program. There will also be opportunities to collaborate on other DEI-related research projects with faculty and graduate students at the University of Houston and University of Memphis.
