Eastern Connecticut State University, the state’s public liberal arts university serving over 5000 students, offers a wide range of undergraduate majors in the arts and sciences and professional studies, as well as select graduate programs. Located in historic Windham County in the heart of eastern Connecticut, the university is midway between New York City and Boston and only a short drive from Hartford, the state capital, and Long Island Sound.

Multiple Positions: Assistant/Associate Professor – Management, Tenure Track
Qualifications: A terminal degree in the field of management, business, or a related discipline from an accredited institution is required. ABD candidates close to completion will also be considered. Candidates who have primary experience or expertise (teaching, research, or practice) in entrepreneurship/innovation, ethics, strategy, or organization theory are preferred. Candidates must demonstrate a commitment to teaching, scholarly and professional activities, and a willingness to be active in service to the university and community.
Position Descriptions: The new hires will be expected to teach upper level undergraduate courses. There is also the potential to teach in the graduate program in organizational management. Teaching excellence is the primary focus for the position, followed by a strong research record/potential, and service to the department, university, and community.
