Are you ready? The Society for Business Ethics‘ #Diversity, #Equity and #Inclusion Committee (DEIC) is working this year on initiatives under the theme “Inclusion across life stages”.
In this context, we are launching an initiative for our colleagues with caring responsibilities: “Care(e)rs”. “Care(e)rs” is for our colleagues who have both a career and caring responsibilities (and specific needs related to them). Caring responsibilities are related to a wide range of life situations. Care for children or for elderly people are two frequent examples, but there are more situations which are not easy to detect and so to support.
As there is no way for us to know who is the audience for the “Care(e)rs” initiative, if you are an academic in business ethics and have caring responsibilities of any kind, please fill out this form. You can decide whether to respond anonymously, or if you want to add your name. If you add your name, we will be able to contact you for an online focus group before the Copenhagen conference. We look forward to receiving the responses, and we thank you for your time and service to our Society!
