Support the Society for Business Ethics: Sponsor the 2025 Annual Meeting

Published on

The Society for Business Ethics is committed to addressing ethical issues in business, upholding integrity, and promoting principled practices. We do not accept sponsorship from corporations. While this policy reflects our values, it also constrains our financial capacity to sustain and grow impactful programs.

We are seeking academic centers and non-profit organizations to sponsor our 2025 Annual Meeting at Copenhagen Business School in Copenhagen, Denmark, from July 24–27, 2025. Your support is essential to advancing the society’s mission and ensuring the success of this global gathering.

How Your Sponsorship Makes a Difference

  1. Supporting Scholars from Underrepresented Countries
Your contribution can enable young scholars from underrepresented regions, including developing countries, to attend the conference. For example, sponsorships last year allowed two scholars from Africa to participate, fostering diversity and enriching global collaboration.
  2. Assisting Doctoral Students and Early-Career Researchers
Many doctoral students and emerging scholars face challenges covering travel and registration costs. Sponsorships can provide financial assistance, ensuring broader participation and helping to nurture the next generation of ethical business researchers.
  3. Sustaining the Doctoral Students’ Program
The Society offers a dedicated program for selected doctoral students, waiving registration fees, providing mentorship opportunities, and hosting an exclusive dinner. Your sponsorship ensures the continuation and growth of this valuable initiative.
  4. Enhancing the Conference Experience
Sponsorships enable us to invite distinguished keynote speakers, organize welcome receptions for international attendees, and create an engaging, inclusive environment for meaningful discussions.

Recognition for Sponsors

Sponsors will be prominently recognized through:

  • The Society for Business Ethics website.
  • SBE’s social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn).
  • The printed conference program distributed to all attendees.

Join Us in Advancing Ethical Business Practices: Your sponsorship is a powerful investment in fostering global dialogue, supporting scholars, and advancing the field of business ethics. Together, we can shape a more ethical and sustainable future for the global business community.
