“We welcome submissions for the EGOS sub-theme 46 on Responsible Innovation and Digitalization to explore the mutual relationships between both these phenomena. Digitalization has positive and negative effects for people and planet. To foster sustainable development we need to increase the positive effects and tame the negative effects. Yet, we lack knowledge on how to properly do it. We therefore welcome conceptual and empirical studies from scholars from SIM and related subfields (technology and innovation management, entrepreneurship, governance, grand societal challenges, CSR, sustainability etc) that help facilitate responsible innovations to make the digital transformation of society a success story for people and planet.”
