Brief Summary of Job Duties
The Department of Business Administration in the Earl G. Graves School of Business and Management at Morgan State University invites applications for two full-time, tenure-track Assistant Professor appointments in Management (Business Ethics/Organizational Behavior/Human Resources/Strategy). The positions will commence Fall 2022.

The School of Business and Management is AACSB accredited and housed in a beautiful new building with state of the art technology a Capital Markets Lab, Marketing Lab, FinTech Center, as well as, have growing programs that engage students and the local/business community. The School of Business and Management faculty are research-active. Therefore, the successful candidate must actively engage in research and teach Business Ethics, Organizational Behavior, Human Resources, and Strategy courses.

The successful candidates will teach courses in Management (Business Ethics, Organizational Behavior/Human Resources/Strategy). The faculty members are also expected to maintain a consistent publication record in premier scholarly journals, conduct student advising and provide department, school and university service. Experience in online teaching platforms is desirable.

Requested Minimum Qualifications
The successful candidates will have achieved a PhD in Management or another related field from an AACSB accredited institution.
