The Institute for Business Ethics & Sustainable Strategy at the University of Applied Sciences for Management & Communication (FHWien der WKW) is looking for a post-doc Researcher (m/f/d) in the area of Corporate Sustainability.
Location: Vienna, Austria
Type of employment: full-time (40 hrs/week), fixed-term (initially limited until 29.02.2024 with the possibility of extension)
Start: as soon as possible

Are you interested in contributing to sustainable business transformation by creating practice-oriented research? Join our research team at the Institute for Business Ethics & Sustainable Strategy (IBES) and become part of an exciting project funded by the City of Vienna (MA23).
Your tasks:
- Design and implementation of research projects
- Publication of articles in prominent international academic journals and practice-oriented outlets
- Supervision of BA/MA theses
- Teaching graduate-level courses in the area of sustainability
- Collaboration with corporate partners
- Organization of knowledge transfer events
Requirements
- PhD degree in social sciences, economics or related disciplines
- At least 2-3 years of experience in managing applied research projects, preferably in the areas of corporate sustainability or strategic change
- Very good knowledge of empirical social research
- Excellent written and spoken German and English
- Previous teaching experience desired
